Daniel Torres

Account Executive

“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” – Ferris Bueller

Introducing Daniel Torres, our Account Executive who navigates the world of advertising with the eye of an artist and the heart of a sports enthusiast. His journey from UTEP, majoring in Media Advertising and Communications, is less about walking a predetermined path and more about blazing a trail all his own. Inspired by the philosophy of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Daniel blends the creative spark with the strategic gears of advertising, reveling in the industry's fast-paced rhythm.

Daniel’s world is a vibrant mosaic of passions. When he's not helping to craft our next big campaign, he’s fervently rooting for the Detroit Lions or jet-setting to destinations like Las Vegas and Cancun, embodying the very essence of his adventurous spirit. Closer to home, you might find him exploring the flavors of El Paso, from the zest of Chilabox to the fresh catch at Los Aguachiles.

His mantra, “Calculated Big Risks,” reflects a work ethic that's as bold as his coffee preferences – always ice-cold, always original. For Daniel, marketing is more than a profession; it’s a canvas for storytelling, where every campaign holds the potential to become a piece of iconic history. It's this mindset, coupled with his dream of one day leading a professional soccer team's scouting department, that makes him not just an Account Executive, but a visionary in the world of advertising.

With his diverse tastes and steady drive, Daniel stands as a towering figure in our team, both in stature and in spirit, continuously pushing boundaries and crafting those unforgettable “WOW Moments” for our clients.

What attracted you to or what do you love about working in marketing and advertising?

I love marketing and advertising because at its core this field has somewhat morphed into this generation’s artistic renaissance. Andy Warhol managed to make a Campbell's soup can into a cultural icon that is recognized by all those who see it. Which is why if crafted correctly you can transform a brand into an iconic piece of history, all while selling a product, idea, or even a vision to someone who may not realize they need it.

What approach or philosophy do you apply to your profession?

If I had to summarize it in three words I would say “Calculated Big Risks”. There is a lot of competition in this field and the only way for you to stand out or get a newer client is to take these calculated big risks and push the boundaries of what’s possible in advertising and marketing to create that “WOW Moment”.
